Job Description: WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER POSITION LOCATION: FORT ERIE, ONTARIO: The Supplier Quality Engineer will report to the POA IMS Quality Manager and will be responsible and accountable for planning and performing Supplier Quality related tasks and activities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Supplier Quality: Evaluating new suppliers with Risk based evaluation Performing on site audits on Category 1 Suppliers as outlined in AH procedures. Performing on site audits on Customer centres Performing vendor evaluation on OASIS for Category 4 suppliers as outlined in AH procedures. Performing vendor evaluation for Non OASIS Category 4 suppliers as outlined in AH procedures. Managing MRB topics related to Supplier NCs. Managing containment of Supplier delivered non conforming products. managing NOEs related to supplier non conformances. Creating and maintaining monthly scorecards: Management ( Communicating, review of RCCA and effectiveness) of Supplier NCs. Management of documentation NC causes with Suppliers.
