You'll help support individuals with developmental disabilities by ensuring smooth operations, billing, staffing coordination, and compliance—all while providing culturally responsive communication to our diverse member base Your Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily administrative support to the DD leadership team - Process payroll and billing for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) - Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking families, guardians, and team members - Maintain required documentation and certifications - Attend member planning meetings, both remotely and in person - Help ensure timely communication and service delivery in both languages - Travel locally for meetings, site visits, and inspection Minimum Requirements: - Fluency in English and Sp...
