Job Location Cincinnati Job Description: The I-Trade Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of international trade transactions, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining data integrity within P&G global trade systems. Job Responsibilities: Execute and monitor international trade orders, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Manage the end-to-end process for import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) and external partners (e.g., freight forwarders, customs brokers) to resolve operational issues and optimize trade flows. Utilize and maintain P&G's global trade management systems (e.g., SAP GTS, other trade compliance software) for data entry, reporting, and analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in international trade operations. Prepare and analyze trade-related reports, including shipment tracking, compliance metrics, and performance indicators.
