The Role: Lead Technician – Residential Smart Home Integration We're hiring an experienced Lead Technician (also known as a Lead AV Technician, Lead Low Voltage Technician, Senior Home Automation Technician, or Residential Integration Specialist) with deep expertise in pre-wire, trim-out, programming, and field service. This isn't a commercial electrical or commercial AV role. This is high-end residential smart home work — programming Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Savant, or Elan systems, calibrating premium A/V, and delivering flawless luxury living experiences in multi-million dollar homes. As a Lead Technician, you'll be hands-on in the field, guiding installations, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior technicians while coordinating closely with project managers. You'll set the standard for quality and precision — from pre-wire through final programming — ensuring every detail is done right the first time.
