What you'll bring to the team Data Governance Manager Location: London/Hybrid: Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Contract: Permanent - Salaried: The Data Governance Manager will embed effective data, AI and information governance across the organisation, ensuring policies and standards are applied in a practical, consistent way. The role focuses on execution, risk management, data quality and compliance, helping the business use data responsibly and effectively Responsibilities: - Implement and operate data governance policies, standards, and controls across data and analytics activities. - Support data owners and stewards in meeting accountability for data quality, integrity, and appropriate use. - Coordinate data quality monitoring, issue remediation, and root cause analysis with delivery teams. - Apply AI governance controls to supported use cases, including inventories, risk assessments, and documentation. - Support compliance with global data protection and privacy requirements, including DPIAs and audits. - Administer Microsoft Purview for data cataloguing, classification, lineage, and visibility of risk. - Provide practical guidance and training to teams on data and AI governance...
