Job Title: Lobby Ambassador / Office Services Associate (Entry-Level) Location: White Plains, NY (Onsite ) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (6 hours/day) Rate : $20.45 hr. based on experience Position Summary: We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Lobby Ambassador / Office Services Associate to support daily operations at one of our White Plains, NY locations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace. This position supports front-of-house engagement, office services, and light administrative functions to ensure a seamless experience for employees, guests, and vendors.
