Job Description: As a Cellar Service Team Member, you will provide exceptional service experience to our customers when contact is made through the contact centre to advise of a challenge or breakdown of their beer dispense equipment. You will support to ensure great people in great pubs serve great beer. Qualifications: Your role as a Cellar Service Team Member Provide technical guidance for beer dispensing equipment faults, empowering customers with self-help solutions.
