Director/Managing Director, Investment Grade Syndicate

The Director/MD Investment Grade Syndicate is responsible for leading the syndication and execution of investment grade debt offerings, including corporate bonds, financials, and sovereigns. This role involves managing deal flow, pricing strategy, investor engagement, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating across origination, sales, trading, and legal teams. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven track record in syndicate execution. Consistent travel to meet with issuers and investors is expected. This position may be based in Charlotte, NC; NYC, NY; or Boston, MA. Primary responsibilities include: Deal Execution & Syndication: - Lead the syndication process for investment grade debt transactions across currencies and geographies. - Oversee pricing discussions, book-building, allocation strategy, and investor targeting. - Ensure seamless coordination with issuers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
