Summit Property Management (Texas) is hiring Leasing Consultants in the NE Dallas area. $500 hiring bonus for all experienced bilingual (Spanish) Candidates. Apply Today!: Leasing Consultant Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to) - Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community - Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/model - Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic - Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate - Assist prospects in applying online - Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes - Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments - Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives - Complete market surveys - Complete monthly Training - All duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Physical Demands: The job is prominently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities.
