Engineering Manager - Packet Processing

Your Role Are you experienced in leading engineering teams working on cloud-native networking systems? Do you understand how packet processing underpins scalable connectivity platforms? At emnify, you will lead a team focused on control plane packet processing, a critical part of our platform that bridges telecom protocols and internet-based systems. This domain is central to how we enable reliable, high-performance connectivity at scale. As part of the Engineering organization, you will take ownership of a team working on one of our most complex and performance-sensitive areas. You will guide both people and technical direction, ensuring the team delivers robust solutions while continuously improving how it operates.
