Job Description Job Title: Director of Technology: Department: Tech Solutions: Date Revised: 05/2026: Reports to: Chief Financial Officer: FLSA Classification: E8: Summary of Excellence: With guidance and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Director of Technology is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s Information Technology operations, infrastructure, applications, and technology initiatives to ensure systems operate securely, efficiently, and effectively. This role serves as both the operational leader of the IT function and the Bank’s primary business analyst for all technology initiatives. The Director of Technology aligns the Bank wide business needs with technology solutions, leads and supports technology-related projects, and partners with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical and application issues. The role evaluates and optimizes existing and new applications to maximize effectiveness, improve user experience, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
