Summary: The Financial Operations Senior Analyst role provides analytical, operational and reporting support for enterprise operational metrics, equity and cash incentive plans and management reporting. This role independently performs financial and benchmarking analyses, works collaboratively with business areas to develop, track and understand the impact of tiered metric performance, and provides a variety of comprehensive solutions and support related to Company incentive programs. The role partners cross‑functionally to drive process improvements, automation, and reporting solutions, and manages data gathering and analysis to support strategic decision‑making and enterprise reporting initiatives.
