QUALIFICATIONS: - Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area. - Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned game pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets. - Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures. - Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary. - Role models the Family Style Service Standards interacting positively through relationships with customers and co-workers. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. - 6 months multiple games dealing experience required (Two Major Games Required: BJ, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat). - Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. - Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
