QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or GED as well as a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in the food and beverage area, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. - Must have proven track record in a high volume capacity, preferably supervisory position, business management, purchasing and record keeping. - Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. - Must possess basic mathematical skills which include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, specific to position responsibilities. - Knowledge or acquired knowledge of computer a...
