Job Summary/Overall Objectives The Talent Acquisition Specialist plans, develops and implements recruitment strategies for assigned departments with special emphasis on a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates, exceptional internal and external customer support, process improvement, and cost effectiveness. Responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process life cycle for exempt and non-exempt level positions as well as participating in HR projects. Essential Job Functions: Updates assigned area Sign on Bonuses on team spreadsheet and postings, adding, updating or deleting as necessary. Verifies licenses/registrations/certifications on all new hires prior to job offer. Performs primary source verification on all new hires.
