JOB SUMMARY: UHY Consulting is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta. This role will lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives for clients across multiple industries, with a focus on shared services, close optimization, and core accounting processes. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, deep finance expertise, and a passion for improving how finance organizations operate. JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: - Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution - Assess current-state finance and accounting operations and identify improvement opportunities - Design and implement shared services models and operating structures - Drive month-end close optimization initiatives, including process redesign and automation - Improve core accounting processes, controls, and reporting capabilities - Partner with client stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders) to align transformation initiatives with business goals - Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality client outcomes - Support business development efforts, including proposals and client pr...
