Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee all warehouse shipping and receiving functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise. - Manage the replenishment process to ensure the retail floor is consistently stocked with merchandise. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. - Work with the General Manager to determine the most efficient warehouse layout and storage solutions. - Ensure all stock is clearly labeled, stored systematically, and accessible for restocking and inventory management. - Keep accurate records of all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. - Audit markdowns and inventory processes for accuracy and compliance with standards. - Partner with the General Manager, Retail, to train and develop store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Recognize and encourage team members through regular feedback and collaboration. - Act as a brand ambassador for Inter Miami CF, ensuring merchandise operations reflect the club's professionalism and values.? - Support additional projects and duties as assigned by the General Manager, including assisting with retail initia...
