Description YOUR PURPOSE: The AVP of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence is a strategic role responsible for leading the credit union's analytics practice, accelerating data-driven transformation across all business functions, and cultivating a thriving data culture. Reporting to the SVP of Information Technology, this position will architect and execute our vision for enterprise-wide business intelligence, modernize the data infrastructure through cloud-based solutions, and establish advanced analytics capabilities that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This leader will champion ethical data governance and responsible data practices, build a high-performing analytics team, and position our credit union as an industry leader in leveraging data to enhance the member experience, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth using data as a strength.
