Academic Requirement : Required – Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Certifications : Current, unrestricted LVN or RN license in the state program is located; current BLS certifications (PALS preferred); first aid; CPR Work experience: Required – Minimum of one (1) year employment experience in public health or a healthcare setting with demonstrated experience in care coordination; Preferred – Pediatric nursing experience. Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet and maintain all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position. 2. Have extensive knowledge of medical documentation to be able to generate, decipher, and correct for proper documentation methods in accordance with federal guidelines. 3.
