GEF Seniors Housing is the largest non-profit social housing operator for seniors in Alberta and is a registered charity. We are passionate about supporting the quality of life for seniors in every facet of our operations, and we are searching for a like-minded professional to fill our Site Leader – Housing & Client Services role. The Site Leader – Housing & Client Services plays a vital role in supporting the Portfolio Manager to ensure that the organization’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Quality of Life Philosophy are reflected in all aspects of operations, client relations, and team management. This position is instrumental in fostering positive relationships with residents, tenants, staff, families, and external partner agencies, promoting a sense of community, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of GEF's commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents and tenants.
