Job Description Job Summary: Blow Mold Operator coworkers efficiently, effectively and safely operate the blow mold machines and other support equipment. Operators ensure high quality finished products are being produced and meeting production volumes for our customers, while working in a fast-paced and quick changing environment. Specific Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Ensures all machines are kept running and producing quality bottles while ensuring the least amount of down-time possible. Follows production schedules and communicates any changes to team members when necessary. Start-up and shut down of blow mold machine and supporting equipment. Organization ability to complete daily cleaning and adequately maintains good housekeeping throughout the area. Checks and monitors quality on all assigned machines by understanding and recognizing all visual quality defects and how to make appropriate adjustments to correct quality defects. Maintains all required documentation for quality checks and testing, process checks, downtime, housekeeping and data entry. Operates forklift safely and efficiently.
