You will drive therapy adoption and sustainable patient pathway development across complex, high‑impact accounts, while serving as a trusted escalation point in sensitive or high‑risk situations. What you will do: Clinical leadership & therapy adoption: - Act as a senior subject‑matter expert in peripheral and endovascular interventions, shaping, stabilising, and scaling therapy adoption across strategic accounts. - Intervene in complex, politically sensitive, or at‑risk situations, removing structural barriers to adoption and restoring execution momentum.
