The Role: You'll partner with our Housekeeping Manager to raise the bar on quality, develop our cleaning teams, and help scale a hospitality operation that's growing fast. This isn't a clipboard-and-checklist job. You'll coach people, solve problems in the field, run inspections, train new team members, and be the person who makes sure our standards hold as we grow.
