The Financial Research and New Product Development (Fin RPD) team serves as the technical engine for our interest rate offerings, focusing on the intersection of market structure, macroeconomic shifts, and product engineering. This is a historic period for the fixed-income markets, and we are seeking a Director to lead our research efforts during an era of unprecedented change. We continue to scale the world’s primary benchmarks through the massive liquidity of Treasury and SOFR futures as well as their expansive options complexes. Your work will ensure they remain the most efficient tools for participants navigating a volatile policy environment. By mastering both the futures and the sophisticated volatility strategies inherent in the options markets, you will help our clients understand the deep relationship between these core benchmarks and the broader interest rate complex.
