Description About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting automotive teams? GreatWater 360 Auto Care is seeking a Bench Service Advisor to join our growing team. This unique role travels between shops in the district to assist with staffing needs and ensure smooth operations. When not assigned to another shop, you’ll work from your home shop. As a Bench Service Advisor, you’ll create a memorable experience for every customer, build trust-based relationships, and collaborate closely with technicians and service managers.
