Bay Advanced Technologies , an Applied Fluid Power subsidiary, is currently looking for a Customer Account Representative to join our team in Newark, CA . While we are looking to hire a mid-range Level II candidate, we are open to exploring Level I (provided there is relatable industry experience) and Level III candidates. As the Customer Account Representative, you will serve as the interface between the customer and Bay Advanced Technologies by the effective and efficient processing of all customer order transactions and customer order inquiries with minimal direct supervision. You will have direct and frequent interaction with Account Managers responsible for the accounts, including joint customer visits and contract pricing. Responsible for daily management of customer portals.
