Description Description: The Rooming Medical Assistant (MA) plays a vital role in ensuring that patients are prepared for their visits and that the physician is fully supported during examinations and procedures. This role focuses on preparing the exam or procedure room, preparing the patient to be seen, fulfilling doctor's orders, and handling key administrative tasks such as scheduling surgeries, answering patient messages, and calling in prescriptions.
