Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: Salary Range: $18.50 - $28.00 Union Position: No Department Details: Work on a variety of maintenance work orders from changing light bulbs, painting, hang signs, replace ceiling tiles, clean boiler screens, occasionally clean up messes, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly PM's. Hours are M-F 7am to 3:3:30pm and every 8th weekend. Summary: Responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks completed under supervision in a safe, professional manner. Job Description: Must take extra precautions when working in patient/resident care areas and specifically keep tools out of the reach of children. Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and show competence in the use of hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges. A familiarity of blueprints, schematics and technical manuals helpful.
