Job Description: As part of the D&I team at ESA you will have the following responsibilities: - Support ESA Chief Diversity Officer in devising solutions to address D&I challenges and contribute to implementation; - Support the definition of the D&I Action Plan and Strategy; - Prepare D&I-related statistics from existing D&I database to feed ESA’s D&I reports upon request; - Upgrade regularly the existing D&I database with relevant information, statistics and analyses ; - Report any particular issue within D&I database to ESA Chief Diversity Officer ; - Independent research and analysis including benchmarking on be...
