Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Able to manage time and priorities effectively. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Proficient in working with end-users remotely. Demonstrated expertise.
