Brief Description: The Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition is a senior-level Talent Acquisition professional responsible for enabling, standardizing, and scaling recruiting operations. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, who leads recruitment strategy and delivery teams through the redesign of recruiting processes, governance, technology, and performance standards, this role serves as the primary operational and analytical partner driving implementation, execution and performance visibility. This position serves as the Talent Acquisition functional lead for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, responsible for configuring and optimizing workflows, requisition structures, and system processes to align with recruiting strategy and business needs. The role partners with HRIS to implement enhancements and integrations, ensures data integrity and governance standards, and identifies opportunities to automate and streamline recruiting activities.
