About team: PICO, ByteDance's XR brand founded in 2012, focuses on building immersive XR experiences across gaming and non-gaming applications, including productivity, video, collaboration, and AI-driven tools. Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will own a defined segment of the non-gaming ecosystem and drive partnerships from sourcing through launch. You will collaborate closely with other BD teammates across productivity, creativity, collaboration, and AI categories to ensure coordinated partner engagement and execution. This role will work closely with internal cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Store, and Legal to ensure partnerships are structured effectively and delivered on schedule. You will help translate partner requirements into actionable internal plans, align on technical integration paths, and support successful launches and ongoing optimization.
