Manager, Creative Director, Retail Bank Capital One is looking for an innovative creative leader with a history of results and a modern, elevated portfolio. This role will support brand building and performance marketing for our Retail Bank and Café teams. Based on your experience, you will either lead our site team or integrated campaigns across a range of channels including email, web, direct mail, paid digital, video, and out of home. You’ll use your digital or omni-channel creative skills and exceptional taste to support a broad set of marketing and creative needs. What you’ll do: Lead and inspire the team to develop strategically-grounded, insight-driven creative. Manage creative talent (Art Directors, Graphic Designers and Copywriters) including a mix of full-time associates, contractors, and agencies.
