Work Flexibility: Hybrid At Stryker, we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager in Post-Market & Sustaining who is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional efforts to address post-market product issues across the Neurosurgical Business Unit. This role sits within the R&D PMO and serves as a central integrator between Post-Market Quality functions, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and R&D/New Product Development. You will need to be in the office 3 days a week and can work from home on other days. What You Will Do: Lead and manage post-market issue initiatives, including development of charters, plans, and execution strategies, while balancing scope, resources, risk, urgency, and timelines. Serve as the primary liaison between Post-Market Quality and R&D/New Product Development, ensuring timely engagement of appropriate technical subject matter experts.
