Job Summary: The Manager-Waste Management Program is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s waste management program. This role ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements while supporting organizational safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. This role serves as a subject matter expert and primary operational authority for waste management activities and represents the organization in regulatory and accreditation matters. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or a related field required. Minimum three years of experience in management of waste and environmental regulatory compliance and managing environmental health and safety programs with professional and technical staff required. Experience in Environmental Health, Fire and Life Safety or Emergency Management preferred.
