Data Analyst – Electronic Medical Records (EMR) 1.0 FTE: Thunder Bay Site One of a network of provincial community health centres, the NorWest Community Health Centres is a community based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services. We are currently seeking 1 FTE Data Analyst - Electronic Medical Records who will be an expert in EMR healthcare software programs and utilizes a collaborative approach to ensure high quality data entry and extraction from electronic medical records charting. The Data Analyst will utilize change management skills to coach and support staff, develop work flows, and identify process improvements and electronic templates for such needs. The position has a competitive salary, the Health Care of Ontario’s Pension Plan and an excellent group health benefits package. The salary range for this position is $67,312 to $81,495 per year.
