Overview The Reimbursement Access Manager II will play a critical role in ensuring patients have timely and sustained access to Xeris’ rare disease therapies. This individual will lead initiatives to address reimbursement challenges, support healthcare providers and patients with access and reimbursement needs and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance payer strategy execution. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in rare disease market dynamics, strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement systems, and a passion for making a difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities: - Serve as the subject matter expert on reimbursement and access issues impacting the company's rare disease products. - Develop and execute strategies to overcome reimbursement and access barriers at the patient and provider level. - Partner with field-based teams (e.g., Patient Access, Sales) to provide reimbursement education and support to healthcare providers. - Manage relationships with specialty pharmacy partners to ensure efficient patient access. - Track and analyze reimbursement trends, payer policy changes, and competitive landscape to inform market access strategies. - Respond to reimbursement-related...
