Job Description Job Summary: Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and operational cadence management and execution enablement relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, governance coordination, and issue/risk management, supporting consistent execution of enterprise growth and retention initiatives across health plans. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Ability to manage multiple complex, challenging projects simultaneously). Deep understanding of multiple projects and relationships between projects. - Supports recurring governance forums (e.g., performance reviews, planning sessions, pilot tracking) by preparing materials, tracking outcomes, and ensuring follow-through on actions. - Expert knowledge of methods and techniques involved in project management initiatives.
