Job description

Salary ranges from $62,500 - $66,500 annually depending on Experience and Qualifications. New hires are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus Position Summary: To provide coaching and supervision to Direct Support Professionals within the program. Will follow a person centered approach which promotes individuals receiving services with choices, respect, and independence while providing protective oversight. Demonstrate compliance with all Springbrook policies and State regulations to ensure safe and smooth operation. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: - Demonstrates good role model behavior while working with individuals in behavioral, medical, educational, and social situations. - Hire, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals. - Author, Supervise, and assist with the implementation of all service plans. - Conduct regular staff meetings, monthly employee meetings, annual reviews, and employee performance reports. - Ongoing communication and collaboration with family members, advocates, legal guardians, and other treatment team members. - Scheduling, maintaining staff coverage, managing time off requests and submitting approved staff time sheets electronically. - Follow...
