Description Reports to: Vice President of Construction Position Summary: The Regional Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance operations for multiple properties within a designated region. This management role involves administering and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure all properties are maintained in optimal condition. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. The Regional Maintenance Manager also monitors maintenance budgets, conducts regular inspections, and collaborates with maintenance and property staff members to address the site’s needs. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of property operations across the region. This position reports to the Vice President of Construction.
