Description Bring your culinary skills and join our team as a PM Line Cook , where you will help deliver high-quality food and memorable guest experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with consistency, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting a smooth and efficient evening service. This part-time position is scheduled Thursday through Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM , supporting our peak dinner service and ensuring guests receive great food and service during our busiest hours. Requirements: Job Requirements: - Follow all local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel and kitchen operations - Ensure the kitchen remains organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times - Prepare and cook menu items according to provided brand and IHM recipes and standards - Assist with prep work for Room 56 , including preparing drink mixers, garnishes, and supporting bar operations as needed - Receive and organize food and beverage orders and deliveries as required - Prepare and plate all food items on the menu with consistency and attention to quality - Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and microwaves...
