POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with a strong construction management background to join our project controls team. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent project schedules and Schedules of Values (SOVs), supporting field operations, and providing critical time impact and what-if analyses across a portfolio of complex construction projects. The ideal candidate brings a dual background as both a scheduler and a Project Manager or Superintendent, with demonstrated expertise in federal government construction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule Development & Management: Field Coordination & Construction Management Support - Develop, maintain, and update detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project across multiple concurrent projects - Create and manage cost-loaded schedules and Schedules of Values (SOVs), including baseline establishment and progress tracking - Perform schedule updates, variance analysis, and earned value reporting on a regular cadence - Conduct time impact analyses (TIAs) and what-if scenario modeling to evaluate potential schedule impacts from changes, delays, or unforeseen conditions - E...
