We are seeking a self starting and innovative Manufacturing Engineer who wants to drive manufacturing initiatives and improvements. You will touch the entire process from DFM and commissioning, through manufacturing ramp and to testing and validation. The ideal candidate combines a strong engineering foundation with hands-on experience in mechanical and electronic assembly production. Process Innovation: - Conceptualize, develop, and implement processes and improvements to new and existing products. - Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement to reduce waste, cost, and downtime. - Develop and document process parameters, SOPs, and quality control standards.
