Job Description Summary We are recruiting for a Senior HR Compliance Manager to work on a full time contract until 31st December 2026. This role could be based at either one of our sites in Cheltenham, Brockworth or Cardiff. In this role you will lead the development and implementation of documentation, tools and processes that keep the organisation fully aligned with government and regulatory standards, as well as internal governance, across all employment and fair employment practices. You will act as the key expert on HR compliance, ensuring policies, procedures and ways of working meet legal requirements and reflect best practice in a highly regulated environment. You will interpret both internal business needs and external regulatory changes, using your understanding of industry trends to anticipate risks and recommend improvements to HR processes, systems and services. By providing clear guidance and partnering with HR and business leaders, you will help shape compliant, fair and effective people practices that support business performance and protect the company’s licence to operate.
