POSITION OVERVIEW: The Store Director role is the cornerstone of service, and the heart of the client experience. Leading through daily client interactions, comprehensive Team Member training, and a commitment to outstanding service. This role requires a passion for growth, with continuous development of their Team Members while ensuring each client leaves with a smile. By balancing inventory management, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and ongoing Team Member feedback and coaching, Store Directors create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters both employee growth and excellent service.
