Job description
Responsible for supporting the effective and consistent administration of the collective bargaining agreements. Work collaboratively with assigned division/business unit leadership/corporate labor staff to align labor agreements with the philosophy of the overall company labor strategy. Support the execution of strategic plans for grievance administration, EEOC trends, Associate Insight Survey, Exit Interview survey trends, and Ethics Point inquires. Track progress on established goals and objectives. Be a trusted partner and advisor for contract negotiations and Trust Fund activities. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Execute the labor strategy that aligns with the corporate labor strategy - Ensure that action plans related to the establishment of best practices for grievance handling, EEO complaints, Ethic Point inquires, Exit Interview Surveys and Associate Insight Surveys are established - Work diligently with management to promote harmonious labor relations - Ensure required labor and employee relations training is conducted for the division/business unit - Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor...
