What You'll Be Doing: - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, and related aggregate processing equipment - Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component change-outs to maximize equipment uptime - Execute fabrication, installation, and mechanical repairs on plant and field equipment - Partner with operations, engineering, and vendors to complete maintenance and improvement projects safely and on time - Promote and model a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with MSHA and company standards What Are We Looking For: - Strong capability in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, including crushers and material handling equipment - Proficiency with welding, cutting, and use of hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools - Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to complete work effectively - Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate, train others,...
