About the role selectability is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader - Child & Family Care to join our team. As a Team Leader – Child & Family Care, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of senior youth workers, youth workers, and child and family care professionals to meet the individual needs of children and young people, ensure their safety and wellbeing, and promote culturally safe and competent practice within the program. Our youth residential program provides care and intensive support to children and young people who have a variety of needs. Team Leaders play a vital role in leading a team that supports children and young people to live their best life. Team leaders have a passion for working with young people and provide guidance and support to a team of youth workers. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with the relevant Child & Family Care legislation and regulation, as well as organisational policy and procedures.
