Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a trusted provider of commercial trade services, supporting new construction, tenant improvements, and a wide range of service projects. We are currently seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our team and help coordinate daily operations for our service technicians under the direction of department management. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing work schedules, monitoring GPS activity, and coordinating work orders and callbacks to ensure efficient service delivery. This role is essential in maintaining clear communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams while helping keep projects on track and running smoothly. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a 2-week training schedule of Monday - Friday 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Responsibilities: - Receive and process inbound customer emails and service technician calls - Provide informative and proactive customer service - Take detailed work order notes and communicate relevant information to internal teams - Schedule and coordinate service calls within department guidelines - Create work orders and support documentation to complete...
