Content Outreach Associate (m/f/d) – Indonesian Speaker

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Content Outreach Associate to join their Content team. In this role, you will help build and maintain a contributor community in Indonesia and manage the acquisition, onboarding, and quality control of creative design media and templates. You will coordinate with contributors, provide guidance on submissions, and evaluate assets for overall quality, artistic merit, technical execution, and adherence to high internal standards. Location: Berlin, hybrid (remote work possible Germany-wide) Position: Full-time Contract: 9 months Key Responsibilities: Identify new and suitable designers based on aesthetic guidelines; collaborate with the team on approval and feedback processes. Conduct outreach and onboard new designers/contributors, providing submission guidance and technical training. Maintain an ongoing network of contributors by coordinating template submissions, providing feedback, and supporting artist education.
